you have c=quality people was over generous„ I received a first draft o= the summary of documents. you should read
them for yourself.=C2 . executive committee issues. , unclear tax. cont=adictory provisions,your reps having to rely
possibly on a fall back=to delaware law to protect your interests, even suggesting tha= even if they would like to fall
back, in some instances - no=case law. other crazy- provisions that are perso=al to you , instead of you and your
successor ? two pages of =quot; open to interpretation" .or aha , maybe something is wrong! =AO as ie, your rep,
after death has no right for =nformation on BRH? ! if you and another founder are dead , the exec commit=e has no
decision authority, if josh and mark want to fuck your heir=, its easy, black family partner docs dont deal with
suc=essionl YOU deserve better . fyi, after a =onth of brad ada and alan ,on the project, still not willing t= share with
me a final, they are all embarassed. and full of e=cuses .
It will take wendy and a new team =6 to 9 months to put your house in order. , new cash flows. =C2 new accounting
system, airplane rethought, you new hir=s can find deals, they can familiarize themselves with your current
inves=ments , but should not be doing the accounting for them, .
