Had email =ontact with over the last several days with Rustom Dastoor of P&O =orts and we spoke this morning. Told
him of the St. Croix =pportunity in transshipment, cargo activity and Jones Act =tatus. Their focus is solely managing &
operating and a =evelopment project is outside their scope and more with the =arent. Ask me to send some info on
cruise terminals in the =aribbean.
