At the request of Jeffrey Pagliuca, please see attached Ms. Maxwell's Response to the Government's Motion In Limine to
Preclude Expert Testimony of Dr. Park Dietz and Dr. Elizabeth Loftus along with supporting documents. Pursuant to our
