Following up on the below, which transmitted the attached subpoena, TD Ameritrade is noncompliant with the subpoena,
which required a response by the deadline of August 23, 2019. Additionally, we received a read receipt indicating that the
email address ' read the below message the day after it was sent, on Monday, August 12,
2019.
Please advise whether TD Ameritrade intends to remedy its noncompliance and nonresponse to the subpoena or whether
we will need to move to compel a response.
