Receipt of Case Closing Communication from =, Special Agent, Federal Bureau of Investigation
regarding the investigation into Federal Bureau of Prison's inmate Jeffrey Epstein's death
On December 6, 2022, Special Agent =, U.S. Department of Justice Office of the Inspector General
(OIG), New York Field Office received the electronic case closing communication (FD-1057) from
Special Agent, Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), New York Field Office regarding the FBI's investigation into
the death of Federal Bureau of Prison's (BOP) inmate Jeffrey Epstein. The FBI has found no criminality pertaining
to the death of inmate Epstein and has closed their case (90A-NY-3151227) on December 5, 2022.
