Per our conversation NYOC received a phone call from 917-543.2432. The individual identified themselves as Mark Epstein and requested to be
contacted regarding the death of his brother, Jeffrey. Eptstein was advised that the NYOC could not provide any information confirming or
denying whether there was in fact an investigation into Jeffrey's death.
