Hi a - I'm so sorry I have been meaning to touch base with everything you are helping me with; but I have
been non stop traveling for work. Fm in new Orleans till Friday for training. Let me call the case agent to see if
she has a copy of the ovs/fbi form that she could send you.
I'm out on vacation next week but when I'm at my desk I do want to go over one taste and anything else you may
