Because the United States v. Maxwell, 20 Cr. 330 (AJN) indictment has been expanded to includ nt, the attached
order previously issued by Judge Nathan in this case now applies to all attorneys who represent he Order
reminds counsel for parties and witnesses to comply with SDNY Local Rule 23.1, which begins on page 94 of the second
pdf attached to this email. Though I know you are already in compliance with the rule, I wanted to pass it along for your
