helped us put together the attached notification letter for individuals who have been identified as E stein
victims, but who are not statutory victims of the charges contained in the Maxwell indictment. Our plan is for
send this letter to all of the non-statutory victims following Maxwell's arrest. Please let us know if you have any
comments or revisions.
For the three statutory victims identified in the Maxwell indictment, will send the standard victim notification
letter. The line AUSAs will also call those three victims' attorneys to notify them of Maxwell's arrest.
