In connection with the Court's Order of August 18, 2020, which directed the parties to propose redactions to the letter
briefing regarding the defendant's letter motion seeking a modification of the Court's Protective Order in the above-
captioned case, attached please find the Government's responsive letter, and attached Exhibit A, which the Government
respectfully requests be filed under seal for the reasons set forth in the letter. Additionally, the Government has filed a
redacted version of this letter on the public docket, which is also attached for the Court's convenience. Defense counsel is
copied.
