We're working on the memo now, should have a draft to you either later tonight or first thing in the morning. It
will have background the investigation/status update and also address the legal issue surrounding applicability of
the prior NPA. So one memo, but multiple subjects.
And there are/were three victims, but two have been approached and have been uncooperative. So we've got one
potentially cooperative new NY victim for now.
