M, it occurs to me that although we've gotten sign-off from the front office folks that we still need to get a deputy chief
to sign, and I think most or many of them are out next week — with the caveat that we can continue to proof-read and
change precise wording if we need to, should we get the indictment and pros memo to = today? The attached
indictment version incorporates very small edits (and had no edits). If it's alright, I'll give to
= right now.
