Ah, that's helpful. It opens and freezes, which sounds like what you're describing. I tried to burn it to my desktop, but got
an error message. Any chance you could try burning it to a disc? Thanks.

Sure. When you say glitchy, do you mean it often pauses and is slow? If that's the case, the easiest thing to do will be to
burn it locally. Once there it will play much more smoothly.

We're hoping to play a particular video during a meeting with attorneys for a witness this week, but the file I have is
