As promised earlier today, attached is a copy of the plea agreement in the above-captioned case, in advance of the
rescheduled plea acceptance proceeding now scheduled for this Wednesday, July 31, at 9:00 a.m.
Also, we have had a meet and confer in the Epstein case scheduled for that time on Wednesday, so it is possible a
colleague of mine will cover the proceedin I just wanted to let the Court know.
