Here's a draft of my new section for the DP memo. I did a bunch of Westlaw research, but I couldn't find any cases
that discussed DPs for corrections officers, so this is somewhat less persuasive than I had hoped. But take a look and let's
discuss if there's anything else we can do to strengthen our position here.
