Judge Karas issued an ex parte order moments ago directing, upon all defense counsels' requests,
disclosure of these documents to Government firewall counsel.
Please note that Judge Karas has provided Mr. Barket until May 5, 2020, to file any additional
response, which is directed to also be disclosed to you at that time.
Finally, Judge Karas has indicated that the upcoming hearing will be rescheduled and an order
selecting a new date will be forthcoming.
