He was calling with an update on how victim calls were going more generally and the protocol they have in
place for returning them but raised that he had heard some witnesss were reaching out to us directly and was
adamant we had to send those leads to the FBI to follow up on. I'm not entirely sure I disagree - and don't think
we planned to call anyone without an agent on the line anyway - but want to talk through with the team.
