Thanks very much for the very helpful call on Friday. I've incorporated our discussion into the attached letter to Judge
Nathan responding to Maxwell's complaints about VTCs (and related issues) at the MDC. Would you please review the
draft and let us know if there are any inaccuracies in it?
I've also attached Maxwell's letter for reference. Our response is due by the end of the day tomorrow (August 23rd), so if
you could please review tomorrow, we would be very grateful.
