Thanks again for the call this afternoon. I've attached the records we're looking to authenticate. Assuming they are
authentic, we're hoping to start by getting a declaration certifying their authenticity, and then to start lining up a records
custodian who might be able to testify at the trial in November if necessary. I've attached a proposed declaration, but if
AT&T has its own standard format, that will likely work too.
