SUBJECT: Evidence Retrieved from FBI Regarding OIG Case 2019-010614
On November 17, 2021, SA retrieved the evidence listed below from FBI SA
and turned it over to NYFO Evidence Custodian SA to be retained in the NYFO evidence
room. The evidence was transferred from the NYFO to SA-as part of related OIG case 2019-
011073. The evidence was initially seized as part of OIG case 2019-010614 and transferred to SDNY
Paralegal for review. However, the original Evidence Custody Document (ECD), Log #6,
cannot be located, and therefore, it is unclear of how and when the evidence was transferred from SDNY to
SA McGinnis. A copy of the ECD indicating the most recent chain of custody is attached and stored with this
evidence.
