This inmate reported to me today that his cell mate Tartaglione #78514-054 told him the "guards told
him, if he beat the shit of me, they wouldn't file a report."
I thought it best to bring this to your attention in light of the recent claims by inmate Epstein #76318-054
that his cell mate ma injured him (although his cell mate denied doing so as per an interview
conducted by Ms.
