2. #76325-054 (11S)- SENTRY noted depression and his PSIQ had "tense, nervous, anxious" and "sad, tearful
depressed" endorsed. It was unclear which symptoms he endorsed "No" to: Feeling hopeless about life" or "hearing voices
or seeing things."
