* Today - Interviews with BOP Guards end M(They were responsible for collecting the inmate count
slips) also travelled with Epstein to the hospital in the ambulance and was present when he was
pronounced deceased.
*Request for the ME report was sent in previously and are awaiting the return.
• Monday Proffers/Interviews scheduled for Inmate DeLeon, Inmate Arroyo, and BOP Guard (Inmates
were housed in the SHU during a time period Epstein was there, not on his tier)
*Scheduled to retrieve BOP Guard phone from attorney office located in New Jersey. Already
coordinated with CART to work on the extraction once brought over to 26 Federal Plaza.
