• Found her external drive that contains the original transcript. It has the text file and the file in
the "eclipse" format that she used as a court reporter. Eclipse translates her stenographic
notes into English. She is sure that this is the original version.
• The version she has does not have the certification at the end. She called the ordering
attorney, and they didn't have a certified one either. She has not contacted who
she understands represents the deponent.
• Cindy will send us the text file she has
