Custodian: Paul Kane, the Director of finance at PCS. They don't have a records person per se, but
he's as responsible as anyone for maintaining the records. He was the person who got the
documents for the subpoena response.
Kane has been there since 2019, so not when the documents were created. He is aware of the fact
that they converted the records to electronic format 10 years ago, and he got the records from their
electronic system.
