Based upon your responses to the Pending C4 File Questions, it has been decided the responsive file will be
withheld from disclosure w/exemption b7A. No material will be processed in fulfillment of this FOIA request.
The b7A response to requester, merely acknowledges the existence of a pending FBI investigation. Since
Inspection division's investigation is ongoing we would like to cover this with a b7A letter (attached for your
review).
