BISOTNA advised the following regarding applicant: Initially a check in the amount of $1,0 80 was received by the University but it was returned with a notice that there was insufficient funds to cover the amount. The applicant then entered into an agreement with the Univ ersity, a promissory arrangement was made to pay the amount. the University instituted legal proceedi When he defaulted ngs.
