As we discussed, the transcript of Special Agent testimony on March 20,
2007, contains a misspelling throughout. In particular, the name "Epstein" is misspelled as "Upstein."
Please make this correction throughout. I have enclosed herewith the original and the copy of the grand
jury transcript containin the error. After the corrections have been made, please send a new original and
copy to the grand jury coordinator for our office.
