Hi and — I hope you are enjoying your time off. Your request to extend the time to respond to the
r and subpoenas is fine. I will schedule time with the grand jury on July 17th, so if you intend
to move to quash the subpoenas, please file your papers not later than July 16th.
FYI--United States District Judge Middlebrooks is assigned to handle matters related to the relevant
grand jury. As I am sure you know, pursuant to Fed. R. Crim. P. 6(e)(6), any such motion must be filed
under seal.
