This also was filed today. I just spoke with Jackie Perczak in Roy Black's Office. She said that these are
identical to what was attached to the original motions to intervene. They should have been deemed "filed" when
the motions to intervene were granted, but for some reason they were not separately docketed, so Judge Marra's
clerk instructed her to re-file.
