Hi — What was the name of the appellate attorney at DOJ in DC that you asked about? I think I know
where that came from now. Epstein demanded a review by CEOS in DC, and the review letter from CEOS said
that they had conferred with DOJ Appellate. Again, all of these letters are supposed to be sealed, so I don't know
how Conchita has this stuff. The letter shows Sigal Mandelker as a cc.
