Jack Goldberger still has not contacted me regarding the Victim Notification list. Today, I would
like to provide him with a written notification of failure to perform. Should I inform him of Mr. Edwards'
complaint? Do we have any duty to notify them of the potential need to disclose the deferred prosecution
agreement in response to that complaint?
