I'm writing a post for Law Blog looking at earlier attempts by attorney Bradley Edwards to link Professor
Dershowitz to the Epstein scandal. I'm focusing on a 2009 deposition of Alfredo Rodriguez in which he discusses seeing
Mr. Dershowitz at Mr. Epstein's home in Palm Beach at the same time "young ladies" were at the house. At the time, Mr.
Edwards was interested in deposing Mr. Dershowitz as a potential witness. I also refer to statements b
while prosecuting Mr. Rodriguez for obstruction of justice, describing a book of names and numbers he possesse as
evidence that might have been potentially valuable had federal prosecutors been aware of it earlier. I just wanted to give
you a heads-up on the piece and see if you wanted to provide any comment.
