In your comments to the draft opposition, you stated we should cite to the lawsuits filed by Jane Doe No. 1 and Jane Doe
No. 2, since they were aware of the NPA and relied upon it. In reviewing our reply to the response to our motion to
dismiss, we attached two (2) state court lawsuits, involving and M, are these the two lawsuits? I ask since
the initials don't match up to Wand M. Thanks.
