The parties have submitted their Stipulation for Dismissal in this case. After careful
consideration of the Stipulation for Dismissal,
I. The Court APPROVES the Stipulation for Dismissal;
2. This case is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE, with all parties bearing their own
costs, fees, and expenses incurred in maintaining this case; and
3. The Court shall retain jurisdiction to enforce the Settlement Agreement entered into
by the parties.
