Hi Alex — Just caught a couple typos. It looks great. With respect to that item in the last paragraph:

I would recommend:

That covers the proposed language in Ss letter that we get written confirmation, the plea agreement, and a
date certain by this Friday with the change of plea/sentencing set to occur not later than next Friday.
