I believe you are the prosecutors on the case. They should speak with you in the first instance. If they have concerns,
they can speak with or There is a chain of command, and we need to follow it.
Also, I think an indictment here is more and more likely, and if we do indict, we need to be clear that every decision or
discovery issue is not instantly appealable to Jeff or I.

Hi Alex and '- land I just spoke with Jay. I told him that you had asked me to return the call from Jay
and Ken. First he said that he wanted to "catch up with you," then to follow up on a conversation that you had a
few weeks ago. I told him that you had asked me to find out and answer their questions and they said that their
message to you is, "We want to talk to Alex."
I am happy to call back and say that you want all conversations to occur with me, or something like that, but I
felt I should communicate their message to you and ask for your direction.
