Hi Barry and Lanna — Sony to pester, but I am hoping that you can confirm that the Epstein plea and sentencing
will be on December 14th? That was the date that Barry relayed to M, but I spoke to Jack Goldberger
yesterday and he said that there is no date set at all.
Epstein and his counsel are required to use their best efforts to secure a change of plea and sentencing by a date
that has long since passed, so I am trying to determine the cause of the delay, especially since Judge McSorley is
certainly in town. If the matter is set for the 14th, please let me know so I can include that information in my
victim notifications.
