Roy and Jay — I received a call from Jenny, who is standing in as Judge Marra's CRD. She spoke with the judge
and he agreed to take the matter off the calendar. I told Jenny that if we are able to reach a plea agreement, we
will withdraw the subpoena and Mr. Black will withdraw his motion to quash.
