The only questionnaire that I know of that has been sent to the victims is by the psychologist who is conducting their
evaluations. Now that you are writing, I am remembering that they were going to send us a sample, and I did not receive
one. I am checking with via copying her this email if she did. I will also check with the psychologist's office. However,
I cannot imagine this question would be asked by her office. I would appreciate seeing this questionnaire which the FBI
coordinator has received calls about so we can advise the victims accordingly (and fi ure out who is sending it and why).
Also, is she receiving multiple calls from one victim or calls from multiple victims? nd I will be driving
on Friday morning from 6 am until 9 or 9:30 am, and you can also contact us via phone during those hours at

AIN The FBI victim coordinator has gotten calls about a questionnaire that the victims have been "advised"
to fill out. Do you know what that is about? It asks questions like "how long have you been working as a
prostitute." I can't figure out who is having them fill out this questionnaire. Have you heard about this?
