I have been asked to pet an update from you on your self-referral in the Jeffrey Epstein investigation that you
submitted April 22. 2008.
What is the current status of the Epstein case? Are there any new developments with regard to the accusation that you
had a conflict of interest by recommending Mr. for the victims? Please let me know the status of the investigation
and whether there have been any judicial findings. (I do not see tha i office forwarded any complaints to
OPR.)
