Thanks. I do not know i• and/or a girl named ever sued. If so, I think that undermines their
claim that the "expiration" of the NPA relieves them of their concerns.

I am not aware of any plaintiffs who filed suit and are not identified on the list, but am not certain if there was a
suit filed that I do not know of (with a plaintiff not listed by the USAO). We are doing some further checking at
the office.
