To: Fraser Ellis MP Member for Narungga
Dear Fraser Ellis MP,
I am contacting you to Thank you for your letter dated 27th November 2023 regarding the submitted Invitation to the
new development in your community that i am currently developing, ISPY.SUPPORT.
I would like to extend my appreciation for your valuable advice regarding the material in the booklet submitted and
your encouragement and support that you have shown as ISPY.SUPPORT being a welcomed service in this area. I
would also like to thank you for your compliment in saying this development and what i am trying to achieve is
"Commendable", as a victim of crime to use this experience in my life as a positive step to work towards helping
others who may need the extended hand of help from others, and to develop a service that does just that as an
advisory service, in order to prevent people from slipping through the cracks and simplify the system for them as a
navigation tool and service in this area.
I appreciate your support and thank you very much for all the information you have provided and the advice, of which i
have followed correctly.
I have attached a reviewed and revised booklet for your view and would appreciate any further advice you could
provide if it is required in order to provide the correct information to participants of the invitation and the public.
I am asking your permission and authority to include your name and office in the Government acknowledgement
section of the booklet and would appreciate your advice or authority to submit this booklet to the Premier of South
Australia who has also acknowledged this development as the final version containing your support.

Dear Ms=
I write in response to your correspondence of 14/11/23 detailing your interest In developing
a not-for-profit support organisation and trauma centre on Yorke Peninsula. Your endeavour
to directly assist and support victims of crime, trauma, abuse and grief is commendable, as

I confirm the Narungga electorate office regularly serves people seeking direction to
government services that may assist with reporting and recovery from illegal activities,
suspected or experienced, including fraud, scams, theft, and physical and emotional abuse

welcome.

Told me that he had bought her a present - a silk scarf - he had also bought a silk scarf for me
when we first starting dating - I told him that it was inappropriate and personal and as he had
bought one for me does he do that with all the women and I said it was now nothing special and
had no special meaning and that I would not now ever wear it. He denied that he was doing
anything wrong.
I went to a university conference, Robbie Davies was there, I walked up to join Vincent's PA who
was standing with her talking, I was visible to Robbie Davies. She would not look at me and held
her head down towards the floor and rushed away quickly , did not say hello or acknowledge me
in anyway.
Michelle -Adelaide University - employee
Michelle kept messaging Vincent day and night through personal messaging apps with her
personal issues. Contacted Vincent once at 4am in the morning with her personal issues while he
was away from the university travelling in the US - He got out of bed to address and support her
personal issues.
This went on for months
Would not fir her even though she was submitting wrong results and incompetent at her job - he
was letting everyone else go when the grant money ran out but extended her contract.
I told him to back this personal contact off and as her boss his relationship at work should be
professional and he was acting inappropriately in a relationship (ours) which was damaging and
disrespectful towards me. He denied that he was doing anything wrong. This behaviour stopped.
- Adelaide University - Colleague
Kept getting sms messages at the same time every night e got home from work - was
acting strangely and suspiciously - He never spoke about to me or mentioned her name.
I found his behaviour odd and suspicious and relating to previous behaviour so I checked s
messages on his tablet that were connected to his phone. I found numerous messages to
meeting her for lunch constantly - lots of interaction - picking her up from another location o
campus in my red car that he had bought for me and telling her that he missed her - I felt
Betrayed. - - •\..4 ci KtE3(‘a CI
I confronted him and told him that I had read the messages on his tablet - He said that it was a
joke - seemed nervous and defensive - we argued - told him he was lying to me, hiding things and
it was inappropriate behaviour in a relationship, that he was hurting me.
He denied that he was doing anything wrong and blamed me for not trusting him.
Pattern forming - Behavioural - I was aware
He disconnected his ohone from the tablet so no sms messages could be seen on it and changed
his password when hulled next.
Saw the messages to saying he was drinking with the girls and she should come and join
him - Denied he was drinking at work and I was being paranoid - he was doing this after he had
asked me to stop drinking - I quit for nearly a year - He also asked me to quit cigarettes - I did for
nearly 7 months - he was doing this at work while I sat alone at home waiting for him to come
home at the end of everyday.
Natelie Betts) Adelaide University - employee
I me la university lunch for Christmas - seemed very comfortable and friendly with Vincent -
playful - sat down inbetween me and Vincent as we sat next to each other on a long wooden
bench at the table, nearly in Vincent's lap - I saw it as a rival behaviour and odd and disrespectful
to a couple and their relationship.
Vincent was receiving constant messages from her while we were together and still messaging as
soon as he got home from work while ignoring me and played with her - playful messages,
laughing and giggling - sided with each other playfully against a company - told Natelie the way
that this company had treated him which he had not spoke to me about or even mentioned -
spoke about her constantly.

Furthermore, your diem's concerns regarding Book 2 titled, 'On the Edge of Reality' are quite peculiar, since the work on it was still in
progress and according to the communication your client had with the concerned department dated 20th December 2021, she not only
appeared satisfied but also gave approval for the final version of the shared proof to be sent to the editorial department as well —
followed by another one after a couple of months (ref. email dated 12th march 2022) asserting that there has been a breach of contract
which seemed extremely unreasonable.
On that note, since we have carried out the production process on Book 1 "Reality" and fully complied with the terms and conditions
of the contract, your client's demand for a refund for this title is neither justified nor makes her entitled for the same. However, with
regards to the request for a refund on Book 2, "On the Edge of Reality", we arc of the view that since a considerable amount of work
has been done so far and the final files are ready to be shared, your client might want to reconsider her decision and provide us with
final feedback so that the production process may be expedited accordingly and the book be published effectively but if your client
still wish to continue with the cancellation, we will respect her decision and appreciate that you'd understand that termination of the
contract at this stage would lead to a considerable loss for us when we factor in the administrative, production and editorial costs
incurred during this entire rime, therefore, as a gesture of goodwill, we will only deduct 50% of the amount paid in terms of the work
carried out to-date for this title and refund the remaining 50% to your client which is 1450 GBP -- as a result of which your client's
contract for book 2 will be terminated and all rights shall be reverted back to them. We believe that we have proposed a reasonable
settlement offer so the matter can be concluded.
Please let us know how your client wishes to proceed at your earliest convenience
Regards,
Compliance Department
