Re: Important Information about Virgo phone system
Due to a major area outage by our carrier, we are experiencing
issues with all incoming and outgoing calls from area codes
outside the New York zone.
A ticket has been opened by the carrier and it has been escalated.
At this time, we have no estimate on a resolution time, but we
will keep you posted as we get updated information from our
carrier.
