This insurance program provides the traveler named above with the following benefits worldwide:
• Emergency Medical Transportation $250,000.00 — which provides medically necessary
transportation to the nearest hospital or medical facility and also for your transportation
home.
• Emergency Medical and Dental Benefit $50,000.00 — which provides coverage for losses
due to medical and dental emergencies that could include hospitalization.
More details may be found on the Letter of Confirmation and Certificate of Insurance.
Included in the Emergency Medical Transportation benefit is coverage for "medical repatriation".
This benefit will reimburse the cost of an economy class ticket to return home or to cover the cost of
reasonable and necessary services needed for the transport of the insured's remains from the place of
death to the place of residence; subject to all other contract terms and conditions.
