due deliberation hereby grant Steve Chavez, this limited Power of Attorney to act in my stead
and to take any and all necessary actions of whatsoever nature to sell said vehicle, 1995 Black
Chevy Tahoe, Vin 4i registered to Zorro Development Corp.
This instrument shall expire and have no force and effect at midnight on November 300
2011, unless otherwise revoked by me prior to that time.
