I have known Katy since 2002- when she first starting overseeing the detailing of my
boat. She and her company have continued to monitor the aesthetics of my boat ever
since. In 2010- the long term caretaker of my property retired and I hired Katy's firm to
assist with our home. I have always found her to be meticulous, professional, reliable,
and dedicated to any responsibilities we have thrown her way. She has dealt with
subcontractors, lighting, furniture, the seasonal opening and closing procedures, my
