Please make sure if you ever pick up a prescription for Jeffrey that you verify with the
pharmacy they have Jeffrey's health insurance information on file. I just sent you all a
copy of the card...keep it for just in case...Clyde's should have the card on file but just
recently charged the full amount for prescriptions for him...so please always ask and make sure
they apply his United Health Insurance to the cost of prescription...thanks
