Hi Anthony,
Here is the summary of what needs to be done at 301 apartments and was approved by
Mr.Epstein. We went through it with Penn today and would like to start ASAP. The first
priority for us are the guest apartments: 2G, 11B, 8A, 7J.
Please let us know when the work can be started.
