Paula, I can't find anywhere in my quotes what they call the way they installed the carped on
the 1st floor. It just all says "install". Some how they fastened it to the floor. It's
great. Have had no problems and do not trip over it. Maybe can you show your guy this picture
and he will know what it is called?
